It is an ancient physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in India. The origin of the word “𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚” is from Sanskrit, which means “to unite”.

Yoga can help people to remain flexible, reduces anxiety issues, boost immunity, and helps to fight respiratory diseases.
